Three new modules make their debut in UBI 7.0:
- SIS_UGRAD_Admission
- Conflict of Interest
- GL_Balances
A highlight for this UBI release is the Conflict of Interest module, which allows Administrators to determine which Principal Investigators need to update their compliance training or submit a new disclosure. The module is easy to search by Org and will be a convenient means of staying within NIH requirements as well.
Enhancements to current modules are aplenty in UBI 7.0, with improvements to 12 modules in all, including 7 GA modules and 2 GL modules. Data sources for UBI 7.0 are the Operational Data Store (ODS), Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and the CSRPT Reporting Database.
There are two minor Fiscal Period sorting enhancements coming soon in a future UBI release; the modules receiving these enhancements will be GL Balances, GL_Details_All_Years and GL_Details_Current.
