As 2022 begins, so does a new group of UVAFinance team members on the Equity Action Team, a working group that is part of the broader Inclusive Excellence Committee. The team consists of one representative from each of the major UVAFinance departments, plus at large representatives and ex-officio roles. The team will work together to meet the objectives outlined in UVAFinance's Inclusive Excellence Plan and to engage with UVAFinance staff on DEI strategies, as well as making recommendations and providing feedback to the leadership team.
UVAFinance has also formed a group of Sprint Coaches to select topics for, identify background materials for, and facilitate our bi-weekly Sprint Conversations.
