In the spirit of transparency and internal development, the Managerial Reporting Project team is completing a peer-to-peer feedback exercise. By mid-May, each team member will meet one-on-one with every other team member to discuss individual strengths and development needs. Importantly, each person will also identify critical partnership requirements for each peer—all through a lens of long-term project success. Finally, each team member will seek to share and learn one idea or skill from everyone else on the project team.
