Malika Ouenza, Greg Ball, Lisa Shuler, Tom Kim, Disha Venkatesan or Mark Anderson will respond with suggestions, or arrange a follow-up for inquiries that might take more time. The team is here to help you learn and operate more efficiently and effectively. They recommend Microsoft Lync instant messaging to facilitate discussion and screen sharing.
