UBI Finance 2.0: Summer Office Hours Kick Off July 15

This summer marks a major milestone for UVA’s managerial reporting system: the launch of UBI Finance 2.0, a streamlined, user-focused evolution of our University Business Intelligence tools.

With over 150 million journal line records currently in UBI, it's no surprise that users have told us the volume and complexity can be overwhelming. UBI Finance 2.0 is our response: a cleaner, more intuitive experience designed to reduce clutter without sacrificing access. Rest assured, you won’t lose access to any of the data you rely on today.

To help you get comfortable with the new system, we're offering weekly UBI Office Hours, beginning Tuesday, July 15 at 10:00 a.m., and recurring every Tuesday throughout the summer. These sessions will focus on orientation and navigation of the new UBI Finance 2.0 apps, which will be generally released the week of July 7.

In addition to office hours, we’ll also host open Q&A sessions (watch out for more information on these soon) to support the migration of personal and community sheets.  These sessions will be a great opportunity to ask questions, get hands-on help, and learn from others.

These sessions aren’t just about support, they’re about listening to our users. Your feedback is an essential part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
