Would you like to boost your strength, balance, and overall well-being? There’s a new wellness class that can help you do just that. It’s called SAIL: Stay Active & Independent for Life.
SAIL is a FREE strength, balance, and fitness class that blends gentle movement, mindfulness, and strength-building exercises to support your physical and emotional health.
- The class starts on July 7 and meets for 6 weeks
- Sessions are Mondays & Wednesdays from 7:30 – 8:15 AM

Divorce Wellness Group
If you’re navigating the challenges of a divorce and its impact, you don’t have to do it alone. The Divorce Wellness Group offers a supportive and transformative 6-week virtual course for healing.
- The group runs from July 9 – Aug 13
- Sessions are on Wednesdays from 12:00 – 1:00 PM
