T&E Cardholder Training this February

T&E Card Training begins in February

Annual T&E Cardholder Training is required for all cardholders and will be available in February. 

Cardholders who recently obtained a new T&E card and have completed New Cardholder training since October 1, 2025, are exempt from this year’s annual training.

If you have a T&E card you no longer need, please complete a Card Change Request Form to cancel your card. If you will be on leave for more than 3 weeks during training, please report the Leave of Absence by submitting a Card Change Request Form to suspend your card.

The training link will be emailed directly to all cardholders when available. Please wait for this link and do not complete the new cardholder training on our website, as it will not count towards your annual training credit.
