🛒 Procurement Transformation
Continuing work to modernize procurement processes, improve the buying experience, and strengthen strategic sourcing in ways that support both efficiency and compliance.
🏥 UVA Health Workday Implementation Support
Providing coordinated finance support as UVA Health advances its exploration and implementation of Workday, with an emphasis on alignment, readiness, and shared learning.
🧭 Fiscal Stewardship
Strengthening shared responsibility for financial integrity, sound decision-making, and compliance through clear guidance, engagement, and partnership.
📈 Anaplan Implementation
Expanding the use of Anaplan to support planning, forecasting, and data-informed decision-making across the University.
How This Work Moves Forward
Each of these focus areas will be supported through ongoing engagement with finance professionals across Grounds, bringing together strategic perspective, functional expertise, and frontline experience to shape solutions that are practical and effective.
