If you’re a T&E cardholder, mark your calendar for annual training this February.

• No longer need your T&E card? Submit a Card Change Request Form to cancel it.
• Already completed New Cardholder Training after October 1, 2024? You’re off the hook for this year’s annual training.

The training link will be emailed to all cardholders—watch your inbox! Please don’t use the New Cardholder training link on our website; it won’t count for annual training credit.

UVA Wise to UVA Transfer Program

UVA’s College at Wise offers a unique pathway to UVA for waitlisted students from Virginia.

Located in beautiful Southwest Virginia, UVA Wise is a public, four-year residential liberal arts college and an integral part of the UVA family. Founded in 1954, it has a proud tradition of providing high-quality education to the region’s citizens—and now it offers an exceptional opportunity for students looking to transfer to UVA.

Here’s how it works: Virginians placed on the waitlist for UVA’s College of Arts and Sciences can attend UVA Wise for one year. By completing 30 transferable credit hours and maintaining a 3.0 GPA, students can seamlessly transfer to UVA in Charlottesville to complete their degree—no additional application to UVA Wise is required.

If you have a student in your life considering UVA, this could be a fantastic option for them to begin their journey.
