Take a Micro Health Break

Back by popular demand is a second series of Micro Health Breaks. While this new series started in March, there are plenty of opportunities to still join us this spring. In just ten minutes, you can boost your focus, ease stress, and strengthen your body through a variety of activities such as chair yoga, meditation, and low intensity cardio.

Find the schedule and more information here. Note: this is not a Hoos Well sponsored event.

Lace Up Your Walking Shoes!

Spring is in the air, so what better time to dust off your walking shoes and get outside? There are so many opportunities to get moving outside--from a walk in your neighborhood, to a local, state, or federal park, to a stroll along a river, lake, or beach, walking is an easy, low-impact exercise that's beneficial for overall fitness. Many parks and other public places have ADA accommodations or are ADA compatible.
