In-App Messaging makes things even easier! |
Starting soon, Nimbello will allow us to send direct messages to suppliers right within the app. That means if there’s a small issue or correction needed on an invoice, instead of opening a separate Salesforce case to communicate with the vendor, we can quickly message the vendor inside Nimbello to ask for clarification or correction. This will help us resolve things faster and get invoices paid more quickly.
This new in-app messaging also keeps an audit trail of all communication, so we maintain the visibility and compliance we need, all while simplifying the process.
What this means for you:
- Your vendors might soon receive messages from us via Nimbello asking for quick clarifications or fixes. The emails will come from a "no-reply" address with a Nimbello domain.
- These messages are legitimate and part of our effort to improve the payment process; please assure your vendors that everything is official and secure.
- If vendors have questions or concerns, please direct them to Ask Finance, where our team is ready and prepared to help.
As we continue to expand this new feature, our goal is to make invoice processing more efficient and pay our vendors faster, a win for everyone!
