This July, UVAFinance's Syd Dorsey and Shannon Wampler attended the RVA LinkUp Expo, an event designed to connect procurement professionals with local entrepreneurs, thereby strengthening business connections in the Richmond region.
Hosted by the Metropolitan Business League, RVA LinkUp offers a valuable platform for building relationships, expanding supplier networks, and promoting contracting opportunities with local small businesses. It's a space where meaningful connections are made and where community-centered procurement takes shape.
We’re proud to have team members like Syd and Shannon representing UVA in these important conversations. Their presence reflects our continued commitment to supporting local businesses, fostering inclusive partnerships, and exploring innovative ways to grow together.
