Join the UVA Wellness Book Club as participants explore The Joy of Movement by Kelly McGonigal and learn how physical activity can improve happiness, connection, and overall well-being. All are welcome!

Starting July 21: Stay Strong, Steady, and Social with SAIL

Build strength, improve balance, and support your well-being through SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life), a free four-week program that combines fitness, mindfulness, and social connection. 

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning July 21, 7:30 a.m.
