Your Benefits, Health, and Well-Being 

  • Micro Breaks continue through May 21, offering short sessions designed to help participants reset through mindfulness, movement, and stress relief practices.
  • The Hoos Well 1% Challenge begins May 5 and encourages participants to practice mindfulness for less than 15 minutes a day for 25 out of 40 days. Those who complete the challenge can earn a $50 reward.
  • Looking ahead, employees can also explore Investing Essentials: Five Principles to Invest with Confidence on May 4 (11:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.) and Healthcare in Retirement on May 6 (10:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m.).
