- The annual 1% Mindfulness Challenge begins May 4. Spend just 14 minutes a day building more calm and clarity into your routine.
- On May 6, join FEAP and partners across the University for the third annual Well-Being Walk in recognition of Mental Health Month.

Join a Free Fitness Class
There is still time to join free fitness classes and group training programs through Hoos Well and UVA Rec. Classes run through the first week of May. Some programs require registration, and spots are still open. Check the full schedule and sign up to get started, click HERE.
Options: Barre, Total Body Strength, Yoga, Deep Water Fitness, Pilates, Zumba, and Cycle, Strength and Core.
Group programs such as Basic Stretch, Judo, Karate, Weight Training, Pickleball, and Yoga are also available.
