Many of us are more connected to our colleagues than ever as we work remotely during the Coronavirus Pandemic. Thanks to Zoom, we may now see our colleagues more than we ever did when we worked in the office.
If Zoom calls are the same as meetings, then why are so many of us so much more exhausted than we ever were after a day full of physical meetings?
As it turns out, there's a very real psychological reason why . . . and there are things we can do to make staying connected on Zoom a more healthy experience for all of us.
