This session will include hands-on participation. So, come ready to learn and practice new skills.

Ed Morrison is founder of the Purdue Agile Strategy Lab and the Director of the Lab at the University of North Alabama. His work emphasizes the strategic value of focused regional collaborations and innovation in open, loosely-connected networks. Liz Nilsen is the associate director at the Agile Strategy Lab at the University of North Alabama. Liz’s work includes the development and growth of innovation and STEM education ecosystems.
Ed & Liz are co-authors (with three other collaborators) of Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership (Wiley, 2019).
