Mass System Access Requests will move to Workday in late January

Look for this in late January

Beginning late this January, users who need to request more than 25 finance security roles will be able to do so within Workday Finance’s System Access Request app, instead of emailing Ask Finance. 
Users will upload the mass upload template in Workday when they make their request (they will be prompted whether their request is for 25+).

For users, not much will change besides where they submit their mass requests.  However, the change will allow the Workday Support Team to automatically capture the approvals required to assign roles and reduce manual labor, so the good news is that it should make the process smoother for everyone involved!
