| The updated process is live! |
The new process for requesting more than 25 finance security roles is live as of the morning of January 25.
What's new about the process? For users, not much except for where they submit their mass request: instead of sending an "Ask Finance" email, mass upload templates will be submitted via Workday.
This change will allow the Workday Support Team to automatically capture the approvals required to assign roles and will reduce manual labor. This should result in a smoother, quicker process!

Crystal Tapia of the Workday Support Team will also visit the February 7 Fiscal Administrator's meeting to review the update.
