Change managers concentrate on the human aspects of change associated with a project while project managers prioritize the technical aspects, however, both roles share a common objective: ensuring project success. This presentation will explore both the Change Management Triangle and the Project Management Triangle and illustrate how they can work together to yield the most successful projects.
