Join colleagues across UVA for a collaborative session focused on improving decision-making of all types- strategic, tactical, and operational. Come share and explore practical approaches to make decisions more effectively and drive successful organizational results. 

The session topics will be co-constructed by the group to address what's important and useful to you--from decision-making processes to the speed and accuracy of decisions, and more. Whether you play an advisory role or are directly involved in decision-making processes, this peer-to-peer learning opportunity allows for sharing your experiences and uncovering new insights to address decision-making challenges.
