System Remediation Network: Action Item and Update

System remediation work continues as we work to get all of our ancillary systems ready to interact with Workday Financials on July 1, 2022.

The SRN team hosted an informative monthly meeting and instructed those who use ODS to review materials by the end of January.


SRN Status overview highlights:

• 
  172 total systems
• 15 - systems are to be decommissioned
• 70 - systems do not require remediation
• 87 - systems are to be remediated

Remediation Updates:

• 62 systems are in green status, 72%
• 16 are in yellow status,1 8%, 9 are low or medium impact, 1 is high impact.
• 9 systems have not responded which is 10% and require follow up, 6 are medium impact, 3 are low impact
