New Reporting Features for Awards & Grants in UBI and Workday

New Reporting Features

The Business Intelligence Team is pleased to share some new improvements to reporting and analytics for Awards and Grants. These enhancements are designed to simplify filtering and finding information, helping you get the insights you need more efficiently.

What’s New in UBI:

• Added fields for Prime Sponsor and Assistance Listings on Awards. These fields are accessible through the “Selections” button or screen.
• Remember, the existing CFDA field contains the ALN number.
• If you’re unsure how to access these fields, UBI training resources are available to guide you.  You can also access one-on-one help using "Time with a Trainer." 

New Prompts in Workday Reports:

• The Find Awards and Find Awards with Award and Grant Roles reports now include prompts for Prime Sponsor and Assistance Listing Number.
