Whether you're leading a small team or managing an entire department, this session will help you understand the people side of change and strategies to foster adaptability, overcome resistance, and inspire a culture that embraces change.
Participants will learn valuable insights from the transformative initiatives the Health System has implemented over the past three years.

OE Learning Program: Affinity Dialogue Session
Join colleagues across UVA for a collaborative session focused on improving decision-making of all types - strategic, tactical, and operational. Come share and explore practical approached to make decisions more effectively and drive successful organizational results.
The session topics will be co-constructed by the group to address what's important and useful to you - from decision-making processes to the speed and accuracy of decisions and more. Whether you play an advisory role or are directly involved in decision-making processes, this peer-to-peer learning opportunity allows for sharing your experiences and uncovering new insights to address decision-making challenges.
