We've been looking forward to seeing Workday with our UVA data for a long time, and that first look is on the horizon!
Configuration & Prototype begins later this fall. As a part of this phase, the project team will hold Customer Confirmation sessions beginning in December. During these sessions, they will solicit feedback on the tenant, go over open decisions, and generally just take stakeholders on a guided tour of the first build.
The work stakeholders and the team do together on this first version of the tenant will allow us to make the second tenant an even better fit for UVA's needs. After the second tenant is built from the ground up, there will be more customer confirmation, sprint reviews, flagging of change impacts, the building of integrations, developing reports, and more.
All in all, Configuration & Prototype is going to be lots of agile, fast-moving activity happening in parallel (hence the train metaphor!). There will be lots of continuous adjustments taking place. We can't wait to share this phase with you!
