We are proud to celebrate two members of the UVAFinance team, Elizabeth Vlahos, Director of Accounting, and Logan Hobbs, Tax & Payment Card Compliance Manager, who have been selected for the 2026-27 NACUBO Emerging Leaders Program.

Now in its sixth year, NACUBO's program brings together higher education business and finance professionals from across the country to develop their leadership skills, build meaningful connections, and prepare to help shape the future of higher education. This year's cohort includes 76 leaders representing 69 institutions across 32 states and the District of Columbia.
For Vlahos and Hobbs, this is an exciting opportunity to learn from peers and experienced leaders, further expand their professional networks, and bring new perspectives back to UVAFinance and the University of Virginia.
We are thrilled to see Vlahos and Hobbs recognized for their leadership potential and look forward to supporting them throughout this experience. Congratulations to you both!
