Anaplan Go-Live Update: Two Weeks In

Two weeks in, and we're going strong!

Two weeks into the launch of Academic Anaplan, things are off to a strong start, thanks in large part to the preparation, participation, and engagement of our budgeting community across the University.

Over the past several months, the Budget Team completed 23 training sessions, reaching nearly 250 users and helping prepare them for the transition to the new system.

And perhaps one of the best indicators of a smooth launch? Not a lot of questions.

The number of Anaplan-related questions submitted to AskFinance during the first two weeks has remained relatively low, which a good sign that users are successfully navigating the system and putting what they learned in training into practice.

A few questions and enhancement requests have come in, as expected, but overall adoption has been smooth and positive.

The launch may be behind us, but support isn't going anywhere. The Budget Team continues to be available to help users as they work in Anaplan and identify opportunities to make the experience even better.
