LSP Alerts Notifications

When the LSP team is aware of incidents like email delivery issues and email phishing scams, they will broadcast from the UVAFinance Team → LSP Alerts channel to provide UVAFinance employees with timely information and guidance. If you are not receiving those broadcasts, it is likely you do not have notifications enabled for the Alert channel, or the channel is hidden. 

Enabling Notifications

The instructions for enabling notifications are included below:

1. Select LSP Alerts under the Main Channels in UVAFinance Team.

2. Click on the three dots next to it.

3. Select Channel Notifications.

4. Choose your notification preferences.

Hidden Channel

If you are not seeing the LSP Alerts channel when you are in the UVAFinance Team channel, check to see if it is hidden. The screenshots below show how to locate a hidden channel and unhide it:

Select the three dots next to LSP Alerts for more options and then choose Show.
