We have heard your requests for a digital GL Reconciliation approval process during these uncharted times. In response, we have developed forms in DocuSign to facilitate this workflow that may be used now and when you return to Grounds!

If you use these forms, be sure to adhere to Records Management’s Guidelines for Digital Record Storage.
Use of the digital forms is not required. GL reconciliations can still be approved using physical signatures on a printed Reconciliation Certification page and the printable General Ledger Reconciliation Alternate Assignment Form can be found here.
If you want to require use of the DocuSign forms and digital workflow in your area(s) or to provide it as an option, please share this information with the other individuals in your unit’s GL Reconciliation workflow, and establish unit specific procedures for digital record storage using the Guidelines provided by Records Management.
