Workflow Controls and Approvals
-The functional team is completing configurations based on
the preliminary recommendations. After those configurations are made, Baker
Tilly will help assess the degree to which risk-control matrices are aligned
with future-state processes.
-Current evaluations regarding concerns shared by the
architects about the degree of post-transaction vs. up-front approvals are
being considered.
