Adaptive to Anaplan: Switchover and Remediation Timeline

The switch is coming!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Adaptive to Anaplan training sessions over the past several weeks. We appreciate your time and engagement as we prepare for this transition.

As training concludes, we're entering the final stages of the implementation. Please review the upcoming switchover timeline and post-conversion activities below.

August 3–16

Switchover Downtime

Planned downtime will occur during the conversion and switchover from Adaptive to Anaplan.

August 17–September 30

Conversion Remediation & Validation

Post-conversion remediation and validation will take place in the Anaplan Working Budget.

Required Actions

Transfers Cleanup

Sourcing Units: Enter two-sided transfer entries in Anaplan.
Sourcing and Receiving Units: Delete the related conversion entries.

Workforce Planning

Anaplan salaries will reflect FY27 merit-adjusted salaries.

• Review and validate costing allocations converted from Adaptive.
• Make any necessary updates to costing allocations.
• Delete all FY27 merit pool entries.

Important: Working Budget refreshes in Workday and UBI will be paused during the August 17–September 30 remediation period.
