Buy Office Supplies, Support Minority-Owned Small Business

A new punchout catalog with RGH Enterprises (RGH) will allow UVA schools and units another option when it comes to purchasing office supplies.
RGH, a minority-owned small business out of Baltimore, has a strategic alliance with Staples. This means buyers have access to the vast array of office supplies Staples offers, combined with local customer care and distribution provided by RGH.

RGH offers overall savings on supplies, quick and custom delivery, and support when you're in need of something that's hard to find. The punchout catalog will go live in Jaggaer on December 15.

Here’s the details:

• When you first go into the RGH catalog, you will be asked for your delivery zip code. This helps ensure the inventory and expected delivery date information is as accurate as possible.
• The pricing you see is your program’s price.
• Each item will provide an expected date of delivery, often the next business day. Orders need to be submitted before 3 pm local time to meet the expected delivery date.
• Once you have submitted an order it cannot be changed. Please return an unwanted item and reorder if applicable.
• Delivery is free on supply orders with an order minimum of $25.
• Search for items using the Products menu in the top left menu, or by keyword in the Search field. Filters are available to help you narrow options to find the item you need.
• Create personal shopping lists to make ordering favorite items even easier.
• You will receive email notifications as your order is received by RGH and processed.
